Student Bulletin, Thursday, August 28
 
Congratulations to this week’s Rotary Students, Dayana Camacho and Tonya Marxsen.  These girls were chosen for this Rotary honor by the English Department.
 
Students – Have you returned your completed forms to the office?  Thursday is the deadline to get them turned in.  THERE ARE 229 OF YOU WHO HAVE NOT TURNED IN YOUR FORMS INCLUDING 36 SENIORS.  Beginning on Monday, seniors who do not have all (4) forms returned will need to stay at school for lunch.
 
FCCLA will have its first chapter meeting for new and returning members Wednesday Sept 3rd after school in Mrs. Breedlove's room.  If you want to join and aren't able to make the meeting please contact one of the Officers!! Can't wait to see you all there!
 
Sophomores: Keep selling magazines and cookie dough!! Orders are due by Sept. 8th. Definitely sell this weekend!!
 
Attention all students! The Dance Team members are selling T-Shirts for the Red Out event on Friday, September 26. The money goes to fight heart disease.  You can help SAVE LIVES!! See a dance team member for more information!!
 
If there are any students interested in buying a Schuyler Warrior Football t-shirt, please go see Mr. Thumann or Mr. Hlavac in the west gym.  T-shirts are $15 a piece.  Get your t-shirt and come support the Warrior Football team!
 
ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE: Stick around after the Sing and Sway on Friday night to see the SCHS cheerleaders (and Mrs. Thumann) complete the Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS.
 
Freshmen remember to come to Mr. James room at 1:30 on Friday (8/29) to help create the winning homecoming banner!
 
HOMECOMING: If you have an out of town date to Homecoming, please get a form from Mrs. Thumann.  They are due by Thursday, September 4th. 
 
All eligible homecoming candidates will meet in the commons area on Friday morning at 7:50 a.m. for a picture.  From the group of eligible students, the homecoming candidates will take a picture have their picture taken right after.
 
Senior Banner forms and money are due by next Friday.  Turn exact amount of money and completed forms to Mrs. Beebe Rm. 24 before school in the mornings.
            Students remember that if you did not pay for your photo button that the deadline for the payment is this Friday, August 29th.  Please bring your photo button money to Mrs. McKenney’s room (room 25).
 
All Ag Ed students who want to join FFA need to pay dues by Friday.  
From Mr. Malcolm – Any student who has a pottery project (from last spring) in the art room is asked to pick up items on Friday.
 
This will be your last week to form an intramural volleyball team.  Pick up your rosters in room #28 and them turned into Ms. Conrad by Friday.  Listen to the announcements for game days and the teams playing.  If you have any questions, please stop by and talk with Ms. Conrad (room #28).
 
Juniors:  Class meeting and begin fundraising on THURSDAY at 3:00 P.M. in the east gym.  
 
The U.S. Air Force recruiter will be here on Thursday during all lunches.
 
The Colfax Theatre needs volunteers for Saturday night.  If you would like to help out, please talk to Mrs. Jakub in the Superintendent’s office.  Showing this weekend at the theatre is “And So It Goes.”  Remember, each Friday five tickets are drawn for free admission to the next Friday’s movie!
